I'm 178cm, 60kg, Medium fits really well, if you are a big guy definitely get a bigger size, the fit is real tight.

Material is polyester spandex which feels smooth. If it gets too hot you can lightly wet the top with water and you will get that cool breeze through the material. Can be worn with the hood down as well, so you don't accidentally rob a bank
